Red Sea Liveaboard ~ Update

Good news! You don't have to rob the bank or kids school fund. Well not yet anyway.
I have spoken to Tony Backhurst today and we can book our places individually with a £200.00 deposit and balance 10 weeks before departure. There will be a 2% charge for credit cards but nothing for debit cards.

Once we have all the names they will give me a reference number that you will need to quote when making your booking. This will make life a lot easier for Meridian Divers as we will not have to collect the money or cover any unbooked spaces!

as i`m a liveaboard virgin can anyone answer my question please, can you hire pony bottles or twinsets on these trips?

Matt, liveaboards usually don't have pony cylinders for hire , they usually don't have manifolded twins but you can hire two tanks (but you'd need appropriate regs). It MAY be possible to hire extra kit by prior arrangement. Most Red Sea Safari divers use singles.

i suppose were so used to using them here for anything over 20m they become standard kit/saftey banket.
Just wondering if Ernie would like to swop kit for a while so you can get used to standard rec diving kit again after using those big shiny twins!
happy to help you out ha ha
